General Questions

This two day in-person event will take place on Friday, October 17th and Saturday, October 18th at the University of Dallas. The current times listed are tentative and subject to change. The event will end no later than 4 pm on Saturday, October 18, 2025.

On Friday, October 17th, programming is scheduled to begin at 1:00 pm local time with registration opening at 12 pm local time. Programming on Friday will end at roughly 6:00 pm local time. Participants should eat lunch prior to arriving on the first day of the event as food will not be provided by BGS.

On Saturday, October 18th, programming is scheduled to begin at 9:00 am local time with doors opening at 8:30 am local time. Programming on Saturday will end no later than 4:00 pm local time. There will be a lunch break provided by BGS on Saturday with programming resuming afterwards. The official schedule of events will be shared with registered attendees prior to the event.
The full schedule for this event can be found on the BGS Event Page once it is finalized. The schedule includes speakers, panelists, leadership activity, and a BGS Gives Back activity.
This event takes place live and in-person only at the University of Dallas Satish & Yasmin Gupta College of Business.
A chapter can register up to 5 students through the group registration link available to chapters. Please follow the registration link on the BGS Event Page which will take you to the registration page on Eventbrite. Chapters purchasing group tickets for their students must submit names and information for those attending no later than October 3, 2025.

No, hotel accommodations are not included in the event fee. BGS members who need a hotel will be responsible for booking and covering the cost of a hotel room. BGS will provide hotel recommendations near the event site; however, members can choose to pick any hotel of their choosing.
The dress code for this event is business casual. Jeans are allowed. Attendees are encouraged to wear school apparel on Day 1.
Since this is an in-person event only, there will NOT be recordings of any of the sessions.
Yes, this event is for BGS student members only. The content will be geared towards current undergraduate and graduate students.
Yes, chapters and members outside of the Dallas/Fort Worth area are welcome to register and attend.
Members, or chapters, who submit a registration by July 27, 2025, will lock in at the lowest price. There are no event scholarships or additional discounts available.
The registration fee includes top-notch and dynamic presentations and learning opportunities over two consecutive days. The registration fee does NOT include meals, lodging, travel to and from the area, as well as local transportation and parking to and from the event.
Refunds are available until fourteen days prior to the event (Friday, October 3, 2025).
Yes. There will be a wait list. If spots become available, those on the list will be processed in the order received with the latest to come off the wait list and register by Friday, October 3, 2025, at 4 pm CT.

Participant Questions

BGS will provide hotel recommendations near the event site, however members can choose to pick any hotel of their choosing.
Refreshments/bathroom breaks will be throughout and will be noted in the final schedule.

Chapter Questions

Yes, members can attend multiple LCS events as the speakers, sessions and content will be different at each event.
The conference is for BGS student members only. If a faculty or staff representative is traveling, please contact programs@betagammasigma.org to indicate the person that will be traveling and contact information and receive the link for the Advisor/Admin Event Registration Form. If a faculty or staff representative is traveling with their student(s), BGS will make every attempt to set assigned dedicated seating for our speaker sessions. Breakout and group activities will be for student attendees only.
No. Based on feedback from our chapters and the Chapter Advisor Council, effective in 2023–2024 BGS reintroduced the BGS Matching Scholarship Program. This is in place of the previous event scholarship option that was available to Highest Honors chapters.
BGS will offer early bird, general, and late registration depending on when registration is submitted. You can find a full breakdown of those dates and the prices by viewing the BGS Event Page.
