Why Students Attend

More than a conference. A leadership experience.

LCS brings BGS student members together to build confidence, expand their perspective, and connect with people they may never have met otherwise.

Through speaker sessions, hands-on leadership activities, career-focused conversations, and meaningful networking, students gain practical tools they can use in the classroom, workplace, and beyond.

Students leave with more than notes. They leave with stronger leadership confidence, broader professional connections, real-world perspective, and a clearer understanding of how to lead with purpose in a changing world.

For Advisors

Help students turn membership into meaningful leadership experience

The Leadership Conference Series gives students the opportunity to strengthen confidence, build professional networks, and apply leadership skills beyond the classroom.

Sending students to LCS helps create stronger chapter engagement, deeper member connection, and a more meaningful Beta Gamma Sigma experience that students carry with them long after graduation.

Advisors play an important role in helping students access transformational experiences like this. Identifying strong student leaders early allows your chapter to plan ahead and maximize participation.
