Following the completion of my business administration and international business studies at the Berlin School of Economics of Law in Germany, I sought to further enhance my skillset by pursuing a part-time MBA at the HHL in Leipzig. I have previously held positions in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as in the fields of consulting and professional staffing. I am currently working as a senior consultant at i-potentials, a highly regarded executive search firm in Germany. My role involves placing senior executives in C-level positions within fast-growing or rapidly transforming companies in the DACH region. Over the years, I have had the unique opportunity to guide accomplished leaders in a variety of corporate, SME and start-up settings across a broad spectrum of sectors, including SaaS, e-commerce, marketplaces, hardware manufacturing, banking, PE/VCs, universities and more. I am happy to exchange experiences with other members from BGS as well. In addition to my professional commitments, I value engaging conversations on a wide range of topics, including philosophy, psychology, sociology, education, nature, gaming and sports.
