Prior to joining the University of Dallas, J. Lee served on the faculty at Texas Wesleyan University and The University of Texas at Arlington. He has received multiple awards for his excellence in teaching and research.
J. Lee’s industry experience includes over twenty years in manufacturing and distribution. He has held executive positions in marketing, logistics, and general management. He maintains an active consulting practice that includes executive coaching and leadership development engagements with a number of small and large corporations.
He attended Austin College, where he graduated with a BA in Economics and Political Science. He received his MBA and Ph.D. (Organizational Behavior) from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Panelist Andrew Farley

Andrew began his career in the logistics industry, working in operations, where he spent six years with Exel (now Deutsche Post). He later started a residential construction business in Southlake, Texas, growing it to $1.5 million in sales.
Since 2011, Andrew has served as the Principal and Solution Architect for Farley Consulting. He consults for clients across the U.S., Canada, and Europe. Mr. Farley has extensive experience with Microsoft D365 and has led implementations across multiple locations for both domestic and international manufacturers.
He earned a B.A. in Philosophy in 1998 and an M.S. in Finance in 2022, both from the University of Dallas.
Panelist Clayton Ramsey

Clay has over 20 years of experience building and leading comprehensive security programs across healthcare, telecommunications, and other regulated industries. He has held key roles at ClearBalance HealthCare and HMS/Gainwell Technologies, where he led enterprise HITRUST certification efforts and developed innovative automation solutions for compliance processes. At Verizon, he directed multiple audit activities and created emergency response protocols for large-scale operations.
Clay earned his MBA in Cybersecurity from the University of Dallas in 2009 and his B.A. from Texas A&M University.
Panelist John Owen
Vice President, Energy Corporate Banking

After completing his M.S. in Finance, John spent two years as a corporate credit analyst at Wells Fargo, focusing on energy finance transactions in Houston. He then worked for two years as an investment banking analyst at boutique energy investment bank Parkman Whaling, where he focused on corporate restructurings and a variety of bespoke financial advisory engagements.
John is currently focused on corporate banking in the energy sector in Houston.
He earned a B.A. in Classics from the University of Dallas in 2014 and an M.S. in Finance in 2017.

Randy has been with HM&M since 2009 and became a shareholder/partner in 2020. He specializes in tax compliance and consulting, primarily in the oil and gas sector. Randy was named a 2018 Rising Star by the Texas Society of CPAs.
He earned a B.A. in Politics, a B.A. in Economics & Finance, an MBA, and an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Dallas.
Panelist Dhaval Chaudhari
Dhaval Chaudhari is a seasoned finance leader with experience spanning aerospace, SaaS, and asset management. He currently serves as Americas Controller & Global Consolidations at Incora, where he led fresh start accounting and oversees finance operations across global teams. Previously, he was VP of Finance at MarketScale and held leadership roles at Fidelity Investments, managing over $1B in cash flow and launching investment products.
Dhaval is a CPA with a B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas and earned his Master’s in Accounting from the University of Dallas in 2016.
