The Leadership Conference Series is Beta Gamma Sigma's premier in-person event. These events are student-focused and share a common theme of "Navigating Leadership: Adapting Styles for the Evolving Workplace," which will delve into how dynamic leadership can excel amidst today's workplace challenges, focusing on integrity, innovation, and inclusivity. These events look to bring together up to 100 BGS student members for 2 days of dynamic speakers and panelists, interactive sessions, networking, and more.

Our upcoming April 11-12 event will take place at Northern Kentucky University in Highland Heights, KY. BGS is opening up sponsorship to all our current partners and any business or university interested in cultivating leadership skills, recruiting BGS members, connecting with the best and brightest students in business, and sharing their brand with a captive audience.
