Evolving Authentically Amplifies Your Impact with Dr. Erika Michalski
What does evolution have to do with designing an authentic life of success for yourself and amplifying your impact as a leader? A lot more than you might think! As individuals, we are uniquely positioned to explore what success looks like right now and consider which components we should carry forward as we evolve. Dr. Erika Michalski brings energy and enthusiasm to the facilitation of this keynote while helps you recognize the strengths you have and invites you to assess how you can leverage those as you chart your future. It's time to shift from the limiting mindset of "Who we want to be like" into the liberating mindset of "Who we want to be" and this keynote provides a framework to help you navigate that shift!
 
At the conclusion of the keynote, participants should be able to: 
  • Define "success" and "impact" using an authentic lens.
  • Describe evolution as it relates to personal and professional growth.
  • Identify strengths that have contributed to the previous achievement of goals.
  • List at least three actions they can take within 2 weeks to leverage those strengths in the pursuit of new goals.

Leadership Skills Workshop: Leadership Logistics for Practical People with Dr. Erika Michalski
We all know effective leadership can happen in a variety of different ways. You can probably think of examples where to very different leaders are still able to cultivate powerful results. That's usually because those leaders are grounded in authenticity. But, research tells us that across different effective, authentic styles, there are key skills any leader can benefit from developing. Dr. Erika designed this 90-minute workshop to help you develop some of those key skills and gain insight into how you can put them into practice. Integrating these skills will help increase the effectiveness of your authentic leadership style as you move forward. During the workshop you'll dive into topics like communicating with influence, the science of making decisions, tapping into what motivates your team, and much more!

At the conclusion of this 90-minute workshop, participants should be able to:
