Julie Miller
Director of Career Strategies | Brandeis School of Business & Economics

Julie’s career experience is equal parts corporate and business school: Systems Engineer at IBM, Product Director at Monster, and Executive Recruiter with a boutique executive search firm; MBA Career Services at Boston College (Director) and Babson College (Assistant Director), and MBA Admissions Reader/Interviewer at MIT Sloan. Julie received her BS in Mathematics with Computer Coordinate from Trinity College (CT) and her MA in Higher Education Administration from Boston College, and she is an active member of the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) and Career Services and Employer Alliance (CSEA). 
Julie joined the Career Strategies and Engagement team at Brandeis University School of Business and Economics in 2018.


Sandra Cha
Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior | Brandeis School of Business & Economics

Sandra Cha is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior at Brandeis University's International Business School. She teaches executive, masters, and undergraduate students, and has been featured as “Professor of the Week” in the Financial Times. Professor Cha holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior, awarded jointly by Harvard Business School and the Harvard Department of Psychology. She also earned an M.A. in Social Psychology and a B.A. in Psychology (magna cum laude) from Harvard University. Her past homes include La Paz, Bolivia; Manila, Philippines; Montreal, Canada; and Washington, D.C. Read full bio


Mary Winn
Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions | Brandeis School of Business & Economics

Mary Winn is the Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions at the School of Business and Economics at Brandeis University. In her role, she supports recruitment and enrollment for graduate business programs, working closely with prospective students from around the world to guide them through the application and decision-making process. 
 Mary is deeply involved in in-person and virtual events as well as one-on-one advising, helping students understand program fit, career outcomes, and funding options.
