Steve Gustis has been working with his strengths from a young age; however, it was only 10 years ago that he learned the words to define those talents and abilities through the CliftonStrengths assessment.
Since 2009, Steve has been responsible for helping thousands of college students and career changers understand how their natural talents could be developed into strengths and used for personal and professional growth. He thrives on working with others toward a goal and developing individuals along the way.
Steve works at a community college in Illinois where he serves as the manager of the career services center.
Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from Marquette University and a master’s degree in nonprofit management from Spertus College.
