Diversity and ethics expert Alfonzo Alexander oversees the NASBA’s strategic diversity initiatives and ethics compliance as its chief ethics and diversity officer. Additionally, Alfonzo manages the development of CPT programs, including the Student Center for the Public Trust, the Ethics Certification program and a professional membership network.
Prior to joining NASBA, Alfonzo served as regional manager and managing director for the Southeast region of INROADS, Inc., where he led operations and business development for the entire region. He also held several leadership positions at the Quaker Oats Company. He earned a B.S. in business administration from Tennessee Tech University and an M.B.A. from Lipscomb University.
Alfonzo has a passion for working in the community and serves on many boards, including the Memorial Foundation, Lipscomb University College of Business, and Beta Gamma Sigma.
