Bio

My passion lies deeply in solving customer issues, with a major focus on analytical customer experience journey improvement. I do not shy away from challenges, no matter the size, as I believe there is a solution to every problem. Most of today’s CRM can certainly be solved with the power of data, hence my dedication to continuously improving my data analysis and programming skills. My rather unusual degree offers me the best of both worlds, earning two degrees at two different universities around the world in the time of one. While taking the courseload of two Bachelor's degrees, I worked 16 hrs/week part-time and volunteered on the weekends.
