Studies show that now, more than ever, young people need a positive caring adult in their lives and that could be you! Join Laura Goodman, Vice President of Volunteer Engagement from Junior Achievement USA (JA) to learn more about who JA is and how you can be a part of our incredible volunteer network. JA provides in-person and virtual volunteer opportunities for you to participate in the delivery of any of our Kindergarten to 12th grade learning experiences.

Laura Goodman

Vice President – Volunteer Engagement

Laura is the Vice President of Volunteer Engagement at Junior Achievement USA. In this role, Laura works cross-functionally with all teams at the National office on initiatives tied to the JA USA Strategic Plan and the overall role of the volunteer. Laura works to continually evolve the role of the volunteer with in-person and virtual JA programs and experiences; develops tools that will enhance the JA experience for volunteers; creates resources that will support JA Areas in enhancing volunteer engagement at a local level, and oversees current national volunteer partnerships to drive additional resources to the local JA Areas.
