Lodging/Travel Arrangements:

A room block has been arranged at the Washington Hilton at the rate of $189 (standard) for September 25th and 26th. You can make your reservation by calling 1 202 483 3000 stating the code “BGS”. A credit card is required to hold each guest’s reservation. *Please contact hotel about any room cancellations.

*Hotel check-in time is 3:00pm. The hotel will accommodate early arrivals on a space available basis. Check-out time is 11:00am.

Note: A $25 administrative fee will be charged for cancellations prior to August 27, 2018. Cancellations received after the August 27th deadline will result in the chapter being charged the complete registration fee.

Register Now:

Registration is $199 to Beta Gamma Sigma chapter faculty/officers and includes all meals, breaks and seminar materials. Chapters are responsible for their delegate’s travel and lodging expenses. Seminar registration deadline is Monday, August 27, 2018. If you register after August 27th, and space is still available the registration fee is $225.
